All U.S. orders are sent directly from our two warehouses ideally positioned to service Western, Central and Eastern United States. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the distance from our three warehouses, and are calculated at check out. All shipping services include tracking information.

What if my tracking status is delivered, but I have not received my order?
Sometimes a tracking status is incorrectly updated before a package is physically delivered. If your order shows as delivered by the carrier, but you don’t physically have the item(s), your item may still be delivered later that day. If it is not delivered within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, please contact us at email@example.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express logo. We also accept Apple Pay on compatible iOS devices.
What is your returns policy?
We’re here to ensure that you have the best possible experience with your Hunter & Wild Box. We’re always happy to help with any issues you may be experiencing by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you still want to return your Hunter & Wild Box, you have within 30 days of receiving your products to return your unused Hunter & Wild Box. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the return instructions below.
- Within 30 days of delivery log into com/returns
- Please create your return merchandise authorization (RMA)
- Verify that the item(s) are clean, in " new" condition, with ALL packing materials. Used products will not be accepted upon return.
- Ship to the address provided by Hunter & Wild.
- Please allow 10-14 days from the time we receive the return for the items to be inspected and for your refund to be issued.
Within 24 hours we will email your approved authorization number - please include the RMA number on the return postage affixed to the box. If your RMA number isn’t included with your return, we won’t be able process your return.

What happens if I provide and incorrect shipping address?
There is a risk that your order could be lost in transit. It’s important that you confirm your information in the order confirmation email to ensure that the details are correct. We will do our best to help locate the order however Hunter & Wild cannot be held liable to resend your order if it is lost as a result of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
If shipping to a business address, the company name must be included in the shipping information, or it will be considered incomplete.
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
All orders are processed instantly to our warehouse. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders that have been placed. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation to your order, and we will do our best to assist if possible. It is important to carefully confirm your order details before completing your order.
My Hunter & Wild Box was damaged when is arrived
If your order arrived damaged, send us an email to email@example.com and we will help you out as soon as possible.
If you order is returned to due to an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for the cost to reship the order. We will email you for the correct address. You will be required to pay the shipping and handling charges for us to reship your order again.
If a package is unclaimed or delivery is refused, we will only issue a refund after the item has returned to Hunter & Wild. Once we receive the item(s), a refund will be provided for the cost of the items only.
My payment keeps being declined, why is that?
This could be an issue with your browser. Try closing your browser and re-starting your order.
Your billing address could be incorrect. Double check that this address matches the one on file with your financial institution.
